I try the Royal Canadian Air Forces 5BX Workout from 1959! 5 basic exercises to target full body, strength and cardio in 11 minutes.
- 1 minute toe touches
- 1 minute crunches
- 1 minute extensions
​- 1 minute push-ups 6 minutes high knees & jacks
