 This was super-quick and easy to assemble (took less than 20 minutes and all I needed was the Allen key they provided). Fill the base with water or sand, screw some screws in, put the bag on top, screw some more, and you're set! It seems solid, but still moveable if you're strong like me (lol!) approx. 250 lbs with water (heavier with sand. This bag comes in black, blue, and silver - the blue and silver options are a less expensive than the black. I chose to save and get blue even though black would've gone better with my home.
